West African Weeknight Supper
Season 2 Episode 223 | 26m 46s | CC
Christopher Kimball continues his exploration of Senegalese cuisine. Back in the kitchen, Milk Street cooks create Senegalese braised chicken with onions and lime (yassa ginaar), which contains layers of sweetness, acidity and spice; and a Senegalese avocado and mango salad with rof, a topping that consists of parsley, garlic, scallions and habanero chili.
