A baked Ham Georgia with a tangy apricot-mustard glaze is an impressive do-ahead entrée for a party. Jacques pairs it with buttered Red Swiss Chard. Two desserts complete the buffet -- Chocolate Cloud Cake and Cherry-Raspberry Pillow
