Spectrum Dance Theater took center stage at the University of Denver's Diversity Summit. "A Rap on Race" was inspired by a famous conversation between two cultural icons, Margaret Mead and James Baldwin. Recorded nearly 50 years ago, their candid dialogue about everything from race to religion is still relevant today. Plus; coiling hand woven baskets and a DJ creates space to open minds.
