David Yetman, Mexican ecologist Alberto Búrquez and agave expert Ana Valenzuela travel to Jalisco, Mexico to inspect the production process Mexico’s most famous export, tequila. The trip begins in Tequila, the city where conditions are ideal for growing agave plants. Join the crew as they encounter jimadores harvesting agave using a “coa,” and witness how agave is steamed, fermented and distilled.
