Loi travels to the Grand Mercure to meet Chef Khaled Al Saadi where they make Croquettes with Dates & Feta. Chef Sushil Singh joins Loi to prepare a tasty, healthy, easy salad with dates. In Greece, Loi creates Feta-Date Parcels.
