Richard Wiese explores the wilds of Alberta, Canada, and comes face to face with black bears at Waterton Lakes National Park. He learns how the First Nations tribes of Canada have used their knowledge of the environment to survive off the land for thousands of years. Richard joins a Cree healer to learn which plants can cure a headache or an upset stomach.
