After viewing the video of Willem, Elsie hesitantly phones Couwenberg and they call the police. The police switch into gear and the investigation immediately accelerates, leading them to a dissatisfied client, who had threatened Willem previously. Couwenberg also becomes a suspect. Pepijn tries to worm his way back into Iris's life. Then a second video arrives demanding a ransom.
