State lawmakers propose new way to tackle Colorado’s child care crisis
State lawmakers will consider a bipartisan bill that proposes a new market-based way to fund child care assistance for low-income families.

Scott Hennelly is the Production Manager at Rocky Mountain PBS, where he oversees the gear, workflows and production of various documentary series. Since joining RMPBS in January 2021, he has also served as Senior Creative Producer on the Digital Team.
Before RMPBS, Scott was the Content Specialist at Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum, where he produced Behind the Wings, a nationally distributed PBS series.
Scott graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Life Sciences Communications. When he’s not in the studio, you’ll find him exploring Denver’s coffee scene — ask him about the 50+ shops he’s visited — binge-watching K-Dramas, or training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
