With their case going nowhere, they turn reluctantly to Cora Felton, a recent arrival in Bakerbury, whose fame as the eponymous “Puzzle Lady” suggests she can help DCI Hooper and the Bakerbury police unravel the crossword clue and solve its first murder case.
