At Simple Goodness Cocktail Farm, every fruit, flower, herb and vegetable is transformed into syrups, bitters, shrubs, ferments and garnishes to make the tastiest drinks. Rachel Belle spends a day with the Simple Goodness sisters (one’s a bartender, the other’s a farmer) at their Wilkeson, Washington farm, production facility and soda shop.
