It's been eighteen years since Richard Linklater's indie film Slacker brought fame to the director and a certain slice of Austin. Linklater followed that early success with many more, including Dazed and Confused, Before Sunrise, The Newton Boys, A Scanner Darkly and Fast Food Nation. Linklater's next project, Me and Orson Welles, hits theaters November 25.
