When the villain, Confetti Betty, strikes the Odd Squad headquarters in the Arctic, the Mobile Unit returns to help Opal and Omar’s old squad. As they attempt to crack the villain’s pattern, they must teach the Arctic agents how to solve cases for themselves so that they don’t keep getting called back to help.
