On PBS NewsHour Wednesday, stormy weather preludes Thanksgiving affecting millions of Americans traveling for the holiday. Also, government officials announced a one-year delay for small businesses to sign up for insurance plans on HealthCare.gov, teaching the arts in elementary school, the challenges to curb climate change on a global scale and an architectural twist to canned food drives.
