Jackie Taylor, founder of The Black Ensemble Theater, has developed a community theater into a hub for art and culture, attracting over 50, 000 visitors each year. Her reach is the north side of Chicago, where she is creating "FREE TO BE" - a cultural community space housing arts, eateries, and more for artistic expression in a new vibrant space.
