MADE IN TEXAS celebrates Texas storytellers with films that tell stories from the Lone Star state. Produced in combination with station teams as well as independent producers, these visually stunning films showcase Texas — its diverse places and remarkable people.

The film teaches about the music genres that were born and formed by African American history and culture. It will be scheduled In February to coincide with Black History month. It was presented by Austin PBS.
