Northern Italy has some of the most stunning mountains and scenery on the Italian peninsula. In this episode, Lidia explores some of the classic culinary traditions of this area including a hearty Minestrone soup that she freshens up with pesto. In addition, she makes a delicious Stuffed Cabbage with her grandson, Lorenzo. Desserts are quick and easy and include delicious Italian “gelato.”
