The community of Sierra Grande PK-12 school in southern Colorado, serving the communities of Blanca, CO and Ft. Garland, CO, was divided on whether they could afford a new school. Now, after a little more than a year of being in their near-Passive House building, they’ve learned they couldn’t afford not to.
