The treasured “Christmas with The Tabernacle Choir” special returns to PBS for the 22nd year. Renowned film and television actor Dennis Haysbert and Tony Award–winning actress Ruthie Ann Miles join the iconic Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra at Temple Square in a stunning 90-minute theatrical program, which celebrates inspiring Christmas stories of hope and love in action.

Christmas With The Tabernacle Choir Episode 1 | 55m 32s | CC

Tony Award®–winning star Kelli O’Hara and renowned actor Richard Thomas join The Tabernacle Choir, Orchestra at Temple Square, and Bells at Temple Square to create a truly unforgettable night of celebration. Filmed in 2019, the full concert is a visual and musical spectacle with vocalists, instrumentalists, bell ringers, dancers, the Gabriel Trumpet Ensemble, and the Cold Creek bluegrass band.

Hope of the Season: Christmas with The Tabernacle Choir, featuring Ruthie Ann Miles and Dennis Haysbert, was made possible in part by Ronald C. & Kaye Gunnel, Charles & Janet Stoddard, and David B. and Jolynn Davies. The Tabernacle Choir provides artistic expressions of faith from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. This program is co-presented by GBH Boston and BYUtv.
