In 2025, state Attorneys General want to make sure AI is used in positive ways and not as the latest tool to defraud citizens. Attorney General Marty Jackley (R)(South Dakota) is one of several attorneys general who are drafting legislation to regulate AI, but he wants to make sure its legitimate.
