Arts District visits the Colorado Gypsy Jazz Camp at the Crested Butte Music Festival which showcases the blended European and American Gypsy Jazz music of the 1930’s known as “Le Jazz Hot”. Plus, artist Dorothy Tanner wins the Innovation Award from Denver Mayor’s Awards for Excellence in Arts and Culture for her Lumonics art form which explores light and visual projections.
