Arthur and Buster are teamed up with Binky to do a report on a piece of art from the museum. Arthur and Buster think that they're doomed, and decide to let Binky do his report while they do a report on a different piece of art. / Arthur uses a pencil that seems to be lucky and then lends it to his friends. But it gets shorter and shorter, so Arthur decides to use it for emergencies only.
