Pre Day 1 Checklist
Welcome to Rocky Mountain Public Media! If you’re reading this, you’re wondering how to prepare for your first day on the job. Luckily, there’s not much you need to do!
Just make sure to complete the following before your first day.
Sign Paperwork
Electronically sign the onboarding paperwork that has been emailed to you.
Set Up iSolved
Set up your account in iSolved (to include your name, contact information, direct deposit, 403(b) contributions, I-9 Employment Verification form, W-4 Employee Tax Withholding Certificate, and beneficiaries). iSolved is our payroll and timekeeping system, so this is an important step to ensure we have all the necessary information to process payroll and administer your benefits.

Email Human Resources your bio and photo at HR@rmpbs.org.
Connect with Your Manager
Your manager will be in contact regarding your Day 1 schedule.
Day 1
Day 1 is all about introductions: to you, the team, and to the organization. Don’t worry about performing or completing any major work – this is our chance to get to know you, show you around, and familiarize you with our culture.
Orientation
This will be an opportunity to learn about basic policies and procedures, paperwork, benefits, payroll, and RMPM culture, as well as an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about our organization.
Building Tour and Desk Tour
You will have some time to familiarize yourself with the office space, take a look at our studios, and meet colleagues along the way.

Get to know your new manager and teammates by enjoying a lunch on us!
1 on 1 Meeting with Your Manager
Dedicated time with your manager to talk about short-term expectations and the week ahead.
