We have experienced a broadcast interruption at our transmitter site that services a large part of Central Southern Colorado. This includes the Salida region as well as the entire San Luis Valley—including Lake George, Coaldale, Del Norte and San Luis. We are actively working to assess the point of failure. Ken Burns, Sarah Burns and David McMahon are coming to Colorado!

Rocky Mountain PBS is hosting 3 events across the state – one in Denver, one in Grand Junction and one in Pueblo – on Thursday, August 22, 2024.


Denver – Ellie Caulkins Opera House at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts

Ken Burns, Sarah Burns and David McMahon will be in person for a live discussion and share a preview of LEONARDO da VINCI, a new two-part, four-hour documentary airing on Rocky Mountain PBS on November 18 and 19.

Grand Junction – Avalon Theater

Gather to watch a live stream of the conversation and exclusive peek into LEONARDO da VINCI on the big screen! The venue will be offering concessions and a unique interactive art gift prior to the event that features letterpress produced by a local artist and art inspired by Leonardo da Vinci's sketches.

Pueblo – Sangre de Cristo Arts & Conference Center
