Surgical Technician Careers
A Surgical Assistant ensures the operating room is sterilized, safe, equipment is functioning properly and the operative procedure is conducted under conditions that maximize patient safety and prepares surgical robotics and endoscopic equipment for use during surgery. Surgical Assistants assist surgeons during surgery, sterilize equipment and assemble surgical supplies. You can earn an associate degree in as little as 18 months.
