The Altitude Pilot Pathway (“Pathway”) is intended to provide Allegiant with a pipeline of prospective pilots. The Pathway is available to interested McAir Aviation students. Pathway terms and availability may be subject to change. McAir Aviation is not a party to any contract between Allegiant and the student. Pathway participants are not eligible to apply for employment as a pilot with Allegiant. The FAA’s 1,500-hour requirement for ATP includes hours earned during training. Employment and third-party certifications are not guaranteed. For next-level positions, additional flight hours, training, and certification are required to apply to the next level as an airline pilot. Salary and job availability vary by employer, position, location, flight hours, and certifications.
