We have experienced a broadcast interruption at our transmitter site that services a large part of Central Southern Colorado. This includes the Salida region as well as the entire San Luis Valley—including Lake George, Coaldale, Del Norte and San Luis. We are actively working to assess the point of failure. An economic roundtable: Colorado Banks

share

Are you wondering: How safe is my money? How can I get deferrals on my mortgage, loan, or credit card payments? How do I access the stimulus funds?

On March 31, 2020 John Ferrugia spoke with several bankers from across the state to see how the Colorado economy is doing amid the COVID-19 crisis.

The big take away is this is not a 2008 recession. The banks learned many lessons from 2008 that are being applied today.

Colorado Banks are looking at this as a "disaster, not a recession", and are taking every measure to ensure consumers and businesses have the money they need to survive. Watch the full conversation to learn more about the answers to these questions and how to access some of the $350 billion relief funds.

Featuring:

Kent Curtis, CEO, First Southwest Bank

Ron Tilton, President, Firstbank

Thomas Kenning, Chief Administration Officer, Alpine Bank

Kim Bennett, President/CEO, Pueblo Bank & Trust
