Rocky Mountain PBS launched “Community Circle,” its innovative and groundbreaking series of issues-led conversations in summer 2022.
The program of virtual monthly discussions invites people to take part by following Rocky Mountain Public Media on eventbrite. The main goal of Community Circle’s hour-long forums is to connect people from across Colorado on topics that reflect the thought-provoking content published and aired on Rocky Mountain PBS. Moderated by RMPBS multimedia journalist Dana Knowles, experts and community members lead the talks and share useful local resources and information.
“This is a space for all Coloradans to be seen and heard,” says Emory John Collinson, Director for Statewide Outreach, Engagement, and Events at RMPBS. “Our personal stories may all be different, but there are many issues and challenges we either experience directly ourselves or know someone who does.”
