Center for the Study of the Prevention of Violence
The Center for the Study of the Prevention of Violence is part
of the University of Colorado at Boulder’s Institute for
Behavioral Science. The Center conducts a variety of research
initiatives and teacher trainngs on safe communities and safe
schools.
Children Now
This site examines the effect media have on children, devoting
special attention to gender and racial stereotyping and how
watching stereotyping on television can affect children's views
of those different from themselves.
