Cooks Club members escaped a soggy afternoon and spent it in Rocky Mountain PBS' studios with Chris Kimball of "America's Test Kitchen" on Wednesday, Oct. 21. Audience members were treated to a fascinating discussion about what goes on behind-the-scenes in the test kitchen, a Q&A and book signing.
Here's what some guests had to say:
"The best thing about being a member of Cooks Club is coming to events like this!"
"What I like best about Cooks Club is all the information – it's all great."
"I've been following [Chris] for years and this was a great opportunity to meet him. He's so informative – I never miss his show."
"These events are great fun, and a nice connection to the people who do the cooking. I like to cook – and do it well, and this helps explain how to do that."
"Cook's Country" and "America's Test Kitchen" air Saturdays at 11:30 and noon respectively on Rocky Mountain PBS. Join our Cooks Club today at
