Webisode two of "How the West was Camped" features camping in the
Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park
. Enjoy!
About 'How the West was Camped'
The 4-part original web series is by Rocky Mountain PBS producer Scott Darnell and engineer Tom Dailey. These humorous and informative "webisodes" feature Scott and Tom and their families while they camp and explore some of Colorado's national parks, national monuments and national forests, as well as other nearby attractions.
Shown from a car-camper/RV perspective, these short pieces feature camping tips and activities that are fit for all ages. New webisodes will be uploaded every Tuesday from now until the September 27 premiere of "The National Parks: America's Best Idea."

Scott - heard about these episodes and they are great. Places to check out next time we make a trip to Colorado. These are places that we did not get to see. Say hi to the family!

Very cool! Have been to Black Canyon but not since kids -- we should go back. The boat ride looks awesome! Fun series. Can't wait to watch the Sand Dunes... another family favorite!
