"How the West was Camped" is an original web series by Rocky Mountain PBS producer Scott Darnell and engineer Tom Dailey. These humorous and informative "webisodes" feature Scott and Tom and their families while they camp and explore some of Colorado's national parks, national monuments and national forests, as well as other nearby attractions.
Shown from a car-camper/RV perspective, these short pieces feature camping tips and activities that are fit for all ages. New webisodes will be uploaded every Tuesday from now until the September 27 premiere of "The National Parks: America's Best Idea."
The following episode is about camping near Great Sand Dunes National Park.

These are fantastic. My kids enjoy watching places they have been as well as new places they are now begging to go to. My family is excited to see more shows to find places to put on list to camp.
