Nick Stellino's recipe for New York Steak with Balsamic Vinegar Sauce and Baked Brussels Sprouts can be found in his cookbook "Dine In!". You can purchase the book from http://www.nickstellino.com/cookbooks_detail.asp or try and check the book out from the library. The recipe is not available online.
