The Doo Wop's are fantastic programs. I remember seeing a Roy Obison special (I believe it was his last) I believe it was a tribute where Bruce Springsteen and others joined his band. It was on PBS around Nov. or Dec. Would it be possible to get a tape of the show. Thank YOu

Really have enjoyed Little Dorrit. Have started reading the book. I have been confused by the Promo that suggested there were 8 episodes. That appears to be incorrect. We were crazy about Austen and have really enjoyed Dickens. Who's next?

Glad to see that you are presenting opera on Great Performances. It is important to keep the classics in public access channels, even if one's interest in opera wanes as mine has, new generations need to be knowledgeable about it. My interest has taken a turn toward Broadway musicals, and even golden oldie movie musicals. I wish when scheduling on TV Guide network you would put the title of the opera or name of symphony playing instead of just Great Performances. I had to come to the Internet to find out I was watching Little Dorrit that is right now boring me to death. I still have to ask Google who wrote the opera. I had no idea Great Performances was scheduled on Sunday afternoons and think it is a great time for it.

"Little Dorrit" is wonderful. I love that this story, set so long ago could reflect struggles of current families. Thank you for bringing this program to RMPBS.

I started watching Masterpiece Theatre on Minnesota Public TV in the 1980s with "Upstairs Downstairs" and it just keeps getting better. Don't stop. "Little Dorrit" was a wonderful treat.

Am I dense, or have you told us who the composer of the music for Little Dorrit is? I hope you will use it again so I can watch the story from the beginning and appreciate it.

I loved this series. I love Dickens. What's not to love. All the Masterpiece productions and top drawer.
Answer for Mary Elizabeth Nordstrom: Go to imdb.com for any tidbits regarding movies and television productions. Cast, production notes, music, art direction, etc. Great site. Very informative.
Keep up the great work PBS and Masterpiece.

Scottish Composer John Lunn wrote the music for Little Dorrit. Go to imdb.com and enter his name in the search bar for more information. I agree! The music was great.

Thank you for adding that Scottish composer John Lunn wrote the music for Little Dorrit. Thank you also for introducing me to Internet Movie Data base; I had no idea what IMDb stood for!
There are as many acronyms as words these days; perhaps we need an acronym dictionary, or is there one already online?

Congrats to Rebecca Eaton and the
