My wife suffered a heart attack one year ago the first of May. We were in San Antonio, Texas and spent 4 months before returning to Denver.
We are members of Kaiser Permanente. We could not have had better care. Kaiser called us several times during stay. They were in contact by phone numerous times to inquire as to anything they could do or questions that needed answering.
I watched as the ILLEGAlS were treated and walked out without paying a cent. When I had a billing accounting came to our room and I paid my bill. I watched the rooms of the ILLEGALS and never saw them being billed.
I have no complaints over our tratment in the San Antonio hospital or Kaiser's response.

We are haveing a real hard time financially. I am disabled, and on medicare, Social Security. I don't have the money to go to all of the different kind of doctors I need to. it cost me 30.00 copay for every Doctor. And I need to have surgery, that will cost me 200.00 for
inpatient per night , I don't have the money I need some kind of help. we are just over the limit to be eligible for medicade. If you could let me what know what we can do, I would appreciate it. Thank you.
