Your guests this evening have pretty much hit the nail on the head when they said the voter is going to be swayed by the economic issues. I think Obama has ralleyed the Democrats and McCain is struggeling. I think that the economic direction of the Democrats will break this country and the Republican direction, unless redesigned, will never have a chance to be implemented.
Our government was not designed to be the provider to the people. Our government was designed to insure and protect the constitutional rights of our citizens. This does not include insuring income, a job or a home. Only the opportunity to attain these things freely.
Our international and national give away programs have put us in this situation. Government needs to build not give.
