I have cooking in my blood. My Greek grandfather came over in
1920 from the Peloponese (Peter Pappas). I was always in the kitchen, learning.Grocery stores; work as chef & baker come natural. Restaurants easily
hire me. I often make up my creations. I am trying to of a new way to make "cilantro" prominent in a dish [a skinless, chicken breast, pounded @ rolled up with 3 cheeses, pesto and here---the new cilantro sauce, roll up the chicken. Spray with Pam Spray and then roll thorougly tightly in fresh bread crumbs. Insert a toothpick as tight as possible. Lay into 13 X 9
baking dish, about one and one-half inches apart. Let rest in refridgerator. As guests arrive and appetizers allow friends & family to relax and have small amounts of healthy, new fare squares of warm pita bread stuffed with spiced warm beans. Next more pita squares filled with cheddar cheese & peeled, very thin slices of Granny Smith
apples combined with slender shavings of both green & purplecabbages add pinch of cayenne pepper, apple sauce

Bridget Lancaster is one of the regular cooks on America's Test Kitchen. She explained how to make the perfect pie crust in episode #111. If you want to look at the recipes from that episode review the recipe list from season one. http://www.americastestkitchen.com/recipelist.asp

The old-fashioned chocolate cake featured in episode #718 is available on the America's Test Kitchen website as a premium recipe, which requires a paid membership. You should also be able to find it in one of the America's Test Kitchen cookbooks, which are available from their website (click www, above) or at your local library. Best wishes.
