What should I do if I didn't receive my monthly Promo guide?
If your membership is current and you did not receive your Promo, e-mail Viewer Services or call 800-274-6666. We'll be glad to send you a replacement copy. Please have your member number and provide your full name, complete mailing address and telephone number.
Because Promo is mailed in bulk, on occasion, some do not reach their destination. If you have repeated problems receiving Promo please talk with your local post office or postal delivery person.
