Mary Ann visits one of them to get the cheeses she needs for her cooking class. Then she and her teams prepare Eggplant Molds with Ricotta Salata, Involtini with Parmigiano Reggiano, Homemade Cavatelli, and Ricotta with Honey with Almonds.
