India is a land of contrasts, and Rajasthan is home to some of her most romantic cities. Julie's journey begins with a horseback trip through the ruins of an ancient hilltop fortress and a visit with a Maharana in his lavish palace where they discuss his role in modern Indian society. She cycles on country roads to get a glimpse of the rural lifestyle, then spends the night in a luxurious tented camp set in an ancient Mughal garden, where she is entertained by bewitching Rajasthani dancers.
