A highlight of the trip is a visit to Santa Rita Vineyards where Lucinda reveals the secrets of wine making, chronicling the transformation of the grapes from the vine to the bottle. Chef Marian gets cooking with renowned chef Rene Acklin as they prepare an array of native dishes including a traditional Chilean salad.
