"Dinosaur Bob and His Adventures with the Family Lazardo" is the featured "Reading Rainbow" book. Written by William Joyce and read by Edward Asner, this story is about a dinosaur found by a family on safari in Africa and brought back to the U.S. where he (Bob, the dinosaur) becomes a local hero in baseball.
