Follow the great voyage of a group of World War II combat veterans - a return to the lands where they had served over 60 years ago as young men. For many of the veterans it was the first trip back to the place they became men, where they saw their buddies die, where they themselves were wounded, both physically and spiritually, and where they ultimately saw their sacrifices bloom into the liberation and growth of Europe.
