From the award winning film documentary series by Larry Cappetto, Lest They Be Forgotten, we are proud to present to you, Volume I, "Omaha Beach, D-Day June 6, 1944," This film is a powerful, moving, first hand account from those who survived D-Day. Now for the first time hear the stories from those who were there over 60 years ago as they retell (many for the first time) what it was like to land on Omaha Beach as a young, 18 and 19 year old men. This was the first time in combat for many of these young men.
