Preserving DNA Evidence/Death Penalty in Child Rape Cases
Two bills now in play at the state legislature may change Colorado law governing how DNA evidence is preserved and stored, in criminal cases, and there's controversy over the details. Also on the show, should a perpetrator convicted of raping a child get the death penalty? Guests include Denver District Attorney Mitch Morrissey, Jefferson County District Attorney Scott Storey, Senator Ken Gordon, and the head of the state Public Defender's office, Doug Wilson.
