TV Program: Algebra: In Simplest Terms: Systems of Linear Inequalities

This episode covers systems of lineasr inequalitites. Just as systems of equations can be sloved, so can linear inequalities be solved by setting them up as equations. But with inequalities, there are a great many answers. We can use the corner points method to find which answers are best. This technique is applied to an example in which profit from a dairy farm is to be maximized by producing the optimum balance between butter and ice cream.
