Additional segments look at lifestyle modifications and exercise tips appropriate to the given illness. Finally, the program features a cooking segment geared toward healthy meals that are simple to prepare on a modest budget. Pueblo Cardiologist Dr. Jim Sbarbaro hosts, with assistance from Sports and Family Medicine Specialist Dr. Rocky Khosla. Expertise within the given topic areas is provided by local specialists.
