Chef and restaurateur Jeffrey Nathan introduces viewers to gourmet kosher cooking in "New Jewish Cuisine." Nathan uses his trademark enthusiasm and humor to infuse creativity into the kitchen by showing viewers how to prepare a wide variety of dishes from traditional kosher recipes to Cajun Creole cuisine, Italian dinners and Middle Eastern salads. Each episode features recipes on one particular theme, including holiday fare for Thanksgiving, Purim and Passover.
