Arithmetic Sequences and Series
This episode introduces the concepts of sequences and series. The former is a function whose domain is the set of natural numbers, while the latter is a sum of a sequence. Sequences are discussed in terms of their appearance in nature; the Fibonacci sequence seems to appear in many spirals in nature. Also, heartbeats tend to thrive on a certain amount of chaos. If a heartbeat becomes sequential, it could be dangerous.
