Following his international success with "Songs from the Labyrinth" featuring the music of Elizabethan composer John Dowland, rock and pop superstar Sting welcomes the holidays with an atmospheric musical celebration of winter time – days of solitude and reflection, as well as re-birth and festivity. Recorded on location at the magnificent Durham Cathedral near his hometown of Newcastle-upon-Tyne in northern England, this performance conjures the moods and spirits of the season with a diverse collection of songs, carols and lullabies spanning the centuries.
