Cowboys
What makes a cowboy a cowboy? Is it what he wears? What he rides? How he talks? How he walks? How he earns a buck? As ranch foreman Dan Muldoon says, "All that matters is that your name is on the payroll." Examine what makes a cowboy tick; listen to cowboys of all ages, witness a wild cow milking contest, mutton busting, and a rodeo, explore the history of black cowboys, and branding, and enjoy the philosophy of cowboy poet and former large-animal veterinarian Baxter Black.
